Dry-cured, unsmoked gammon joints, ready to cook. From rare-breed, free range pigs. The breeds we currently keep are Tamworth and Large Black.
These joints are taken from the rear legs of the pig (the ‘hams’) and are full of flavour, especially if finished in the oven with some delicious, sweet glaze! Our traditional favourite is honey, mustard and cider. Of course the internet has heaps of more adventurous recipes to try!
